Hello My name is Alex and I have been thinking about doing Turbo Fire for awhile but I've come to realize that its too much for my back right now. I've had two spinal fusions and I'm going to be dealing with muscle and nerve pain for the rest of my life. Being overweight doesn't help... I've been losing weight over the last few months now though, thank goodness and I've felt so much better.
A few months ago, I worked on the Wii Fit for a couple of weeks so I could get my back used to working out and then I started doing some work from Jillian Michaels 30DS and it was pretty okay on my back. Of course, life gets in the way and I stopped working out. But now I'm starting school again and I really do not want to get stuck in my annual slump that I get in around winter time. Ya know, the "dark days." The winter blues. lol.
I want to lose the rest of this weight, I want my back and my mind to feel better, I want to be healthy and happy and this is the program that I think is best for me right now. Hopefully after the 6 weeks I can start Turbo or whatever else I look into.
Has anyone here had any good results using Slim in 6? If so, what were your results?
Is there anyone that is thinking about doing it themselves? If so, add me! And maybe we can push each other to keep going.
btw, I'm 20, 5'8" and (estimate) 224. I'll have to weigh myself in the morning for an accurate weight.

I had great results too with SI6! Loved the program- as long as you are consistent and you watch your calories you will definitely see results!!0

I haven't been doing well at all. I have to buckle down or the progress I have made is just gonna go out the window. I started it then I stopped. I'm going to force myself into it today after work.0

I'm in the middle of my SI6 rotation. Good luck! Its been challenging enough to work me out, but not so challenging that I dread (and therefore do not do) the workouts.
Make sure you take your measurements. I am in my 3rd week and am already down 4 inches.0 -
I am trying to lose my 10 lbs. I tried everything .. Now I'm on fitness pal for last two weeks. But I just lost 1 lb. Anybody know anything else.0
