I have no upper body strength, so I am not able yet to do regular pushups or modified pushups, but I would like to tone up my arms. I lost almost 50 pounds and now have excess skin under arms. How would you log in wall pushups?

I have to do those as well -- when I do them, I log them under strength training under pushups0

A big conratulations on your 50lbs :-)
Am not sure how you log them...but a good way to tone up your arms is arm chair dips.
You can start on the stairs even.
Just stand backwards to the stairs and crouch down put your hands on the 3rd or fourth stair and dip.
You can work you way lower on the stairs as you get better.
You can do them front or backwards dips or push ups
Good luck x0 -
Thank you for your help. I actually thought of getting a body shaper for arms, but thought I would try pushups first.0

I do wall push ups as well and log them under strength training. I also do a kettle bell also 3 reps of 10 with a 10 lb bell which I also log under strength training.0

Yes, Tric-cep dips are great for toning the backs of your arms...0
