Hi everyone, I am new and my goal is not necessarily to lose weight but th gain 10 to 13 Ibs. Anybodty out there with any wonderful ideas

    Make sure you're getting enough protein, and try and do some strength training a couple times a week. That'll help you gain muscle (or healthy weight) instead of fat.
