It seems like I have just been SO hungry the past couple of days. Thursday I burned over 600 calories through exercise, and yesterday was my "free" day so I obviously ate higher calories than normal, and I expected to have an increase in my hunger because of that today... but is it is just me or is this what happens when I follow a higher day with a more "normal" day? I don't like not eating/eating lower cal when I'm physically hungry...

  • I found that happened too, but if you listen to your body and its hungry your should eat. I cant see your diary, but maybe add higher fiber foods and eat a protein in the AM to keep you fuller longer. Water obviously is a must too. Depending on your calorie goal, maybe re-check based on your weight now and see if you need to increase. I was afraid to do that, but when I based my calories on my BMR rather than what MFP set up, I was not only not hungry but I lost more weight! go figure! Good luck!

Must be something in the air. I have been overly hungry the past few days myself. Just listening to the rumble in the tummy is getting on my nerves. Something to do with fall coming up? I used to call it hibernation mode. Eat like a bear, pack on the pounds and get though the cold weather.
  • I am never not hungry. Every once it a while I will feel full after a meal but it doesn't last very long. I keep wondering if I should eat more but I am eating about 1500 calories and my weight is creeping down. I haven't even lost anything in over a week. So frustrating.
  • Glad I'm not the only one :) I am only at about 1300 calories a day for my goals as I'm basically at my goal weight and have a small frame.

I'll go back and look at my foods... I know yesterday wasn't the best fiber and protein day... but today should have been fairly decent. I usually try and focus on primarily protein and fiber so...
