I ate like crap these past two days. Yesterday, at least that crap was within my calorie range. I am way over in EVERYTHING today. Should I expect a gain?

Maybe but it shouldn't last long if you get back to your normal ways tomorrow. Maybe skip weighing in for a week or so. No worries. We all have bad days.

Today I told myself I would eat better than yesterday, but I have no discipline sometimes....

Does walking around the mall count as exercise?

yes, it does. I burned 150+ calories walking around the mall trying to find shoes for my husband. Log it as leisure 2.0 mph. And when I know I'm eating like crap, I try to get some more exercise in to counterbalance it.

You were 337 calories over today. A pound of fat is 3,500 calories. If you gained, it was less than two ounces, and I'm betting you won't see it. You might see a bump because of water, considering the sodium you ate today, but keep at your plan, and you'll be fine.

It's not the one day here or there that is going to wreck a diet, it's a string of weeks and months and years of eating crap that does it.

Keep at it, and good luck!

Maybe a bit. But it takes 3500 calories for a pound of fat. So if you start up eating well again tomorrow, it won't be that big of a deal. Everybody has a day or two like this once in a while. Diets aren't made or broken in one day - it's in the consistent daily effort, and picking up and continuing on (and not giving up) when a weekend like this happens (and keeping it to once in a while, too  )
