Awesome way to train, keep fit and learn something that can really help you.
It's a great combination... The key is having a good teacher and good equipment!

    Martial Arts is GREAT, My son trains at least 7-8 hours a week in American Freestyle, Brazilian Jiu Jiysu and Muay Thai.
    I took a Muay Thai class last night with him. I thought I was going to die. I never realized how much the human body can sweat and some of the places it sweats:blushing: .
    It not only a great exercise for the body, but for the mind as well.

    It's great. I train in Kung Fu and/or kick boxing at least 4 times a week. And spar at least a couple of times a week. Great exercise. You will move muscles that you didn't know you had. It burns tons of calories. And for us ladies, it is the most empowering thing you can do for yourself.

    I kind of do this too! A few of us get together with a trainer who spares with us. We usually do alot of cardio including boxing and its really fun! Been doing it for about 3 weeks now just ready to see some results!!
