Restaurant WORKOUT?

I work at a restaurant where I'm on my feet the 3 or 4 hours that I work. Do you record that into your exercise? Usually, I won't record anything other than when I actually intend to work out, but I just want to see what you guys may do!

To my understanding, having an active job like that should be included in your profile set up (I don't remember the categories, but definitely not sedentary) and MFP will automatically give you enough calories to account for your work, so you wouldn't log that.0

Personally, I would change your settings to "lightly active" or "active"- that way MFP will add in the extra calories for you .0

I am a waitress and on my profile settings I choose "active" which lists example- waitress, mailman. Then I do not add it in as excersise.0
