Before Pictures

So I just had my before pictures taken today at work. I AM SO DISGUSTED. I have uploaded the pictures to my profile for motivation. I can't believe I look like this!!!:sad:

    uggghhhhhh...I hate before pics. I haven't posted mine because I hate them so much. Last Feb when I took them...I was almost 100 pounds heavier...and I still don't like seeing them...even though I look better now!

    I've been thinking about doing the same. Very brave. The profile pic I have is enough of a Before for my taste, but I have to get a full body pic up there to keep me motivated.
