    Its -25 (Celsius) & snowing like mad here so will have to be indoors for me! Will do 45 minutes too :)

    Hope everyone is having a great day....

    :happy: Happy to report that I got in this morning:

    60 sweaty but glorious minutes on my treadmill
    20 minutes of weight training
    15 minutes of stretching

    and in the afternnoon:

    45 intense minutes of snowshoeing in the dump of snow we got yesterday
    and I got in all my water:drinker: :drinker: :

    How is everyone else doing???? Let's keep the momentum going everyone.

    WE CAN DO IT!!!

    I'll take a little of that energy as well! I'm happy to say that I have had 4 glasses of water already today! Next, I'm hoping to get out for a brisk walk! Such focused people out there! Wow!

    It may be hard to believe but with each pound I dropped my energy increased even more. You can do it too!! Just hang in there:flowerforyou:

    I'm not on this team but Red is my favourite colour - does that count? Just wanted to say I get huge inspiration from all the working out going on here I could never keep up but you make me want to try harder.

    Awesome Healthier4me If I tackled what you did today I would be immobile for a week!! My time will come if I keep at it.
