Good Morning Everyone! As most of you know Charger is on a well deserved vacation and I have offered to help keep the challenges up while he relaxes! Today we are going to switch things up a little and have some fun doing it!!!
Today's Challenge has 2 parts:
1. The first is to stretch for 15 minutes straight OR a 30 minute leisure walk.
2. The second part is to share with us something that has changed within YOU in your new lifestyle change.
The second part can be you sharing how you can walk for 30 minutes without getting winded or how you look forward to exercising now instead of dreading it like you did in the beginning for example.
You have until midnight to get these done. Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.
Have a great REST day everyone!!!

1-I do this every morning
2-I am a regular at my gym but a few nights ago I decided to take my almost 3 year old for a walk around our neighborhood. It was a nice slow pace walk. He pointed out all kinds of stuff only a child would notice and it made the task fun. It's always GO GO GO at the gym.. It's actually nice to stop and look at a cool leaf or bug...lol Silly yes but i love every minute i spend with himI love that he is getting outside too instead of spending all day in front of the tv like most kids his age.

Part one - completed We have a town festival going on so this was an easy thing to do. I walked, shopped, and carried a lot of bags. The early bird gets the worm or at least the best apples.
Part two - I smile more, I have a lilt in my step that I had forgotten. I feel better about myself and exude more confidence. It may not be a lot of weight lost, but it shows I am in control of me! I like that.0 -
I did 15 minutes of stretching!
The second part of the challenge includes me starting to not "hide" anymore. I am more confident when I go out and I don't wear clothes that hide my body shape anymore.
Great job everyone!!! Tomorrow we start kicking the fat again!!! Be ready cause tomorrow is a doozy!!!0 -
I did it. Sorry for the delay in replying...
With the exception of today I can't remember the last time I had to use my inhaler for my asthma. I stamina and endurance (while still not great) has increased ten fold and that makes me happy even if my wife says I exercise too much.0
