Another Newbie!

Hi
I'm new to the site, but not to dieting!! So a little bit about me....
Having spent 2 years (on and off) on slimming world and ending up with a net loss of about 1 stone (I fell off the wagon a lot and it did not help my health) I'm now getting married so its time to kick this fat for good. I have a couple of goals but mainly to lose a dress size in the next 6 weeks before my first wedding dress fitting.
I am following the montignac diet - which is a lower carb diet (NOT LOW CARB). It is high in protein, but does not limit veg and encourages whole grains for breakfast. So although I'm keeping an eye on calories these are not my main focus.
Also I have M.E. which is part diet controlled (hence the motignac and why slimming world was SO bad for me). To make sure I still get some exercise in, I've sought the help of a professional trainer - why is an exercise referral specialist.
So, thats me. I really look forward to getting to know people on here, and supporting each other. Would love for any of you to add me as a friend - I don't know what the etiquette is yet so don't like to add people as yet.
