Just to hopefully inspire people who are just starting to exercise or who use a gym and feel as though they are making teeny steps.
Apart from teeny steps being steps any way you look at it and positive!! I want to tell you about my treadmill speeds.

When I first started back exercising in January my jogging speed felt challenging.
I realised today that my old jogging speed is now barely any faster than my current walking speed!!
I've gone from running at 4.0-4.5 MPH to 6.5 today.

Keep at it and it gets easier and you get stronger.
My heart rate was almost 175 and I've had a good burn today.

Keep going everyone!!
