using pudding mix??

I have seen some posts about making smoothies or shakes using sugar free fat free pudding mix and protien powder. Can anyone give me your recpies for this and how to do this?

They'll change your life!! Under 300 cal (more or less) for the same flavors of the 800+ shakes @ Sonic or Steak 'n Shake. The possibilities are endless!
