I am trying to log in Power 90 Sculpt exercises in the strength...but I can't seem to do this.
I wore a heart rate monitor and I burned 300 calories but when I log into MFP to enter the strength I have to log reps, sets etc. I went ahead and just typed in P90 sculpt in the cardio with the calories burned .....is this what I just need to do or does anyone know how I can enter it as strength??? Thanks for any help.

I always just entered that stuff as a new entry in cardio. Don't think it makes a difference0
