I was flipping channels today and saw this topic on PBS. They were showing a seminar by a dietician named Sonya Foco. For people that are confused or may be needing some additional help, it is worth the while (imo).
I don't know if all her seminars are on youtube but it would be worth the while to view if you need additional information or inspiration. Here is a link for one that I did find...
