hey everyone :)

just wanted to say hello and maybe meet new friends, feel free to add me

current weight is 200 (rounding up) with a goal of 180 (never been that low) as my eventual target

recently went on an extended vacation to the Philippines where I gained weight (can't help it, food is delicious) but currently i'm just hoping to go back to 185 pre-vacation

hopefully MFP helps with that, pretty sedentary so tracking the calories/etc definitely definitely help as I no longer, "guess" or feel guilty about eating :)

    I am new here on this site too! I My goal is to get back to size 6, and tonight is my first bootcamp class. I have been busy with online classes, and have just been employed in a great job position that i do love, and will benefit me towards my degree.
