I live in northern NewEngland. The farmer's markets for fresh fruits are closing. Whole Foods and Trader Joes' are and hour away. I want fresh, but can't find it. I just bought some frozen raspberries and some were 'frozen moldy'! What brands can I buy that have good frozen fruit? I'm looking for anything berry (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries etc.) Thanks in advance for some good frozen brand names - I understand they can be pricey.

If you have an Aldi near by, they have good frozen fruit. I keep frozen blueberries on hand all the time! Their brand is Season's Choice.

Never had a problem with Market Pantry (Target store brand). Not too expensive and the fruit looks good.

Dole does have some good stuff. What stores do you have around you? I got some frozen raspberries (wal-mart brand) and ewww...they were the same way, frozen moldy. I just kept trying small bags of what was available and settled on the meijer brand.

Next year I am going to freeze my own fruit. Finally got to replace the freezer:happy:

My cousins are an hour away from the nearest store with decent food. They throw a couple of coolers in the back of the car once a month, go into town and load up.
