Haha, I don't do mountain climbers, but split squats are included in my Squaturday routine of a million and twenty one squats, haha.

I kind of love them now.

...don't know exactly what dear squats are, but they're squats nontheless, I hate them(although they work), and loathe burpees, and mountain climbers(they make the acid reflux flare up), but during strength training, I don't mind the regular squats or lunges while lifting light hand weights - for a certain amount or reps...still sucks tho!!!

Honestly, I have come to LOVE mountain climbers. I ALWAYS do them in my strength training. Always. I can't live without them. They're great for your thighs & buns, plus strengthen your core if your form is right and it even works my chest.

But they suck so good. I hate the idea of doing 'em, but when I do 'em, the pain is great.

Mountain climbers over the third rung of the agility ladder can do one, normal mountain climbers seem easy now.
