Single Serve Blueberry & Raspberry Muffin

Hi all, so I adapted this recipe (http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/2011/08/28/single-serving-blueberry-muffin/) by adding raspberries...
My version was:
3 T whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
1 T blueberries (frozen)
1 T raspberries (frozen)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 T unsweetened applesauce
1 T plus 1 tsp unsweetened almond milk
1 T white sugar
Mix it together, first dry, then add wet. Then, in the interest of time, I sprayed a small container (or coffee cup works too), put the mix in, and put the dish in the microwave for 90 seconds, looked at it, and then another 45 seconds (all on high). It worked great with a cup of green tea for breakfast!
I think any kind of fruit would also work fine and you can reduce the 1 T sugar to less if you want, since the berries are plenty sweet.
PS. I love that site, so look around there for more fun ideas that are usually healthy too!
