Yes, you need to see a doctor.
Seeking medical advice for something that has changed suddenly on google or online forums is a REALLY bad idea.
If you can't get to a doctor right away, here's another suggestion as a starting point - do you have a health advice line you can call? In my area we have a freecall number that connects you to a nurse. You can talk to them about your symptoms and they will give you professional advice. I suspect though, that in this case they would just say "see a doctor"!0
