Now that summer is officially over it is really time to dig my heels in again! Have had my carpal tunnel surgery, this week no exercise but next week I think I'll be able to get back into the swing of things. Christmas will be here before we know it... how does it manage to sneak up on us when it is always Dec 25th? ... and regardless of plans I may or may not have for new year's eve, I wanna wear something nice to celebrate my weight loss thus far lol

Not sure that I want to maintain at 110 as that is my beach body weight. I'm completely happy at 112, but I don't want to be over 112 by the end of the year. Would love to stay close to where I'm at right now till the end of the year. Hoping that this challenge will keep me accountable.

BLAH! Still at 210, no change form last week. Although with it being TOM, and at the beginning of the week being up over 2 pounds form water retention, I am grateful to at least be back where I started. Planning on a much better week this week.
I think my running saved me this week, its been nasty stressful and I needed the extra shot of endorphins and venting frustration through sweat. This morning got up early, went 11.8 miles in 3 hours 13 minutes. I am beginning to think I will do all right in the Kansas CIty 1/2 marathon in 20 days.

Hi everyone! I was pleasantly surprised to see such a big loss this week! :bigsmile: I kept moving my scale around the bathroom to make sure the scale wasn't on an uneven surface or something, but it stayed the same the whole time - woohoo! Hope everyone else had great week as well. :flowerforyou:
