My aunt (by marriage) sent me a text today saying how she saw my Facebook picture and said that I looked great. And that she really meant it.
This just really warmed my heart. (I almost started to cry!)
She's one of those people who no matter what everything isn't good enough for her. I had pretty much decided that because of how heavy I seemed to her (compared to others in my family) I would never really be good enough for her to acknowledge.

It feels great to know that I don't need to go off and make "special meals" and go to the gym for an hour every day in order to lose lots of weight.
