Turbo Fire Newbie! Anyone up to start with me?

I am waiting on the Turbo Fire dvd and will be posting my "Before" pictures within the next few weeks. I am a nervous wreck! After searchin the boards I see all these numbers and I am so confused lol

I'll start with you, I tried P90X but too difficult. I think this program may work for me, going to get it today.
