Another newbie with a ton of weight to loose

Hello Everyone,

I joined this great community a few days ago. I've got about 167 lbs to loose to get back to a healthy weight. I went back to my Health Club last December and have lost 63 lbs exercising 1 hr a day 5 - 6 days a week . I seem to have hit my first plateau so I decided to go back to strict calorie counting. I wasn't happy with the calorie counting programs I have used in the past and my internet search landed me here. MFP is such a great program . . . .so far I'm loving it :happy: .

I need all the help and support I can get :bigsmile: !!

    Welcome! So glad you found MFP - it can change your life for the better! That's amazing that you've done so well with losing with your exercise regime up to now. It sounds like you have the determination - for me, counting calories is the easy part. It's the exercise that's hard!
