well if money is no object, AOR Orthrocore is the best on the market, but pricy. other good ones are Controlled Labs Orange Triad (contains joint support), Source Naturals Life Force, Gaspari Anavite, SAN Dr Foolgood. those are the ones i know off the top of my head

I actually do prefer something with joint support, mine take a beating and need all the help they can get

Orange Triad is a good choice then, it's around $25 for a 45 day supply and you don't have to buy a separate supp for joint support, it's also the vitamin i happen to use

Is this good for a 24 year old man too? What would a good Multivitamin be for me?

6'4, currently at 250, trying to get down to 205-210.

I am fairly big framed, I have an identical twin who got really sick and went down to 195 and looked like a anorexic skeleton.

I am just worried cause I don't eat too many vegetables, as I'm trying to eat as much protein as possible.

I am trying to eat a good salad at least 3x per week.

What is a good multi vitamin to get my fruit and vegetable nutrients in? I also have been working out fairly intensely lately and would like something that promotes good energy.

    Suggestions?
  • I'm no expert on the subject but the other two guys that recommended them for me are in the same age group as you are so I'd say you'd be ok using them
