So, I've been wondering something that maybe y'all can help me with. When you enter exercise activity, your calories increase. Why is it that the amounts of fat, sugar, sodium, etc.... do NOT increase? I'm wondering if I'm missing something, but if you're going to increase the amount of calories you can injest wouldn't those have to increase proportionately as well?

  • Hmm it should. It does on mine anyway.

Mine change.... the more calories you burn the more sugar, fat etc etc you allowed
  • I don't have that problem - when the calories increase, so does all the other things!
  • Only thing I've noticed that doesn't change on mine is the Sodium, I don't have sugar on mine, but I would guess it doesn't it doesn't change either, because the FDA recommends like 3 tablespoons of sugar a day

it increases carbs/fat/protein but not the others because you dont need more of the others.

edit: oh and sugar goes up too
