Stuff happens!

I was doing great logging in my food and water every meal, every day, along with regular exercise, and then all of a sudden I just stopped! Some events happened (funerals, beginning college again, partner moving away) and I've had trouble trying to fit in being healthy with work plus everything else. I had lost 10 whole pounds! But I only gained back 3 during the month I was inactive.

I've been telling myself I'm going to keep up this lifestyle change, but I think if I publicize it, it will hold more weight- and that's where we are now. I'm going to keep to a schedule of eating right, sleeping right, with exercise along with plenty of time to study, go to class, and work.
