:frown: Just started this program today. Gotta get back to a healthy weight or I will die early. Hopefully I haven't waited too long. Had heart transplant 9-20-2008 and weigh way too much. Hopefully this tracking program will help !

    You can do it Newheart. I just started in June 2011 and I'm doing it.. You can too! NEVER GIVE IN OR GIVE UP! :happy:
