I have been on here for a while but have not gotten serious until about a month ago. I love the convience of having both the app on my phone and on my computer.

    Welcome! Having the app on my iPhone has helped me in so many ways! I log my food in while on my lunch break at work... look up items in a restaurant before ordering, it's been a huge assistance in my success.... good luck!!

    I love the app too, no excuse to put things in my diary because I do it straight away, I use it when I am shopping too.
