Hey everyone - finally got a smart phone and this App is bloody awesome! Just need to lose 10 - 20 lbs and keep it off! This has already helped me lose 3!

    I agree the phone app is easy to do when you eat and exercise. It's a big effor to add the whole days worth at the end of the day. Use and enjoy. Cheers Louisa
