This past weekend, I made baked ziti and whoopie pies....

....BUT I ate NONE of it!!!! I am in process of cleaning out my cupboards of instant foods like Prego spaghetti sauce and sour cream. I threw together a baked ziti using those ingredients along with ground beef and some cheese. When I entered all the ingredients into the 'analyzer', 1/6 cup of ziti would have been 300 calories. Family was visiting, so I served it, and then packed up the remaining for their trip home. For dessert, I made whoopie pies, and I sent them packing, also. I ate none of it... I am proud of myself. I need to lose 30lbs in 3.5 months so I can get my gastric bypass .... I'm getting closer to being convinced that I CAN DO THIS!!!!
