I just felt like posting a good old thankyou to you all!! :flowerforyou:

I feel really good tonight, the best i've felt in AGES!
And it is due to my healthy diet and exercise and the help of you guys! :happy:

I know there is a lot of posts floating around about undereating etc and it takes me back to a few years ago when i lost 60lbs to get to my goal weight when i was 23. I did cabbage soup diet quite a lot (a type of fasting i suppose!) and although i lost weight quickly i felt like crap! :sick:

I lost the weight very quickly last time, i weighed myself everyday and my moods were up and down like crazy. It has taken me losing weight the healthy way this time round to even realise what kind of state i was in last time, physically and mentally! :cry:

But the weight didn't stay off for long and came back with a vengeance, plus some. :mad:
This time round i had 82lbs to lose. I didn't think much about how i was going to do it when i started in october, i think i may have even thought i was going to do it the same way as last time, thank god i joined this website on the very first day i started my 'diet'! The thing is see, i don't even call it a diet anymore, thanks to all your brilliant wisdom and experience i have made a true lifestyle change, i am ENJOYING it and can FEEL it!! i weigh myself once a week and its great, but i find myself not being a slave to it anymore and it is so liberating! :smile:

I really feel like i have cracked it this time, this is it, me forever!! I feel this great and I still have 47lbs to go to get to my healthy weight! Can't be bad!!
