showing ticker in posts?

Not sure here this goes.. so apologies if its in wrong forum.

I noticed when other people post they have ticker showing and text under like mini goals etc? how do I do that please?

In the bar above where you just typed that post, it says recent posts, my topics... Signature. Click Signature... you can post your goals there and on the right, you can click TICKER and you can pick one to put in your signature.
