Hey guys can anyone help me with a answer to this, i don't want to be seen as overstating my cals burnt. So the two logs i use for swimming is 1. (Swimming laps, freestyle, fast, vigorous effort) 2.(Swimming laps, freestyle, light/moderate effort). Now i am still far from fit but when i swim i have 2 speeds my fast when i pushing myself very hard and then other swimming as much as i can lower the heart rate a little. Then i swim a laps and like the other good swimmers in the pool who are fit they rest so many sec be for the next swim. so i swim then have 10 to 20 sec rest to get my breath then take off again so do you think by me putting 60 min down i am overstating ??? i would love feed back if anyone want to give advice :)

YOUR FINE...EVEN WHEN YOU TAKE A 20 SEC BREAK YOUR HEART RATE IS STILL ELEVATED WHICH MEANS YOUR STILL IN A CALORIE BURN MODE...IF YOU STOP FOR SAY 5 MINS THAT MAY BRING YOUR METABOLISM DOWN AS WELL AS YOUR CALORIE BURN!
