feeling odd

ok i know i this is not a diagnosis site or anything but the past few days i have been feeling like crap throughout the day. i read a little about signs of over exertion, i dont appear to have any true signs. i have been feeling queasy, feels like im full of gas. going to the bathroom regularly, not that anyone wanted to know that... i had one day where i went to the bathroom more then once but that isnt too much of a noticable difference. last wed-fri i worked out 54 minutes a day, sat 27 minutes and sun 55 minutes. wondering if this is a sign of working out too much....

I would second IBS or say something else you ate is making your tummy unhappy. Have you added anything new to your diet lately?0

i have been drinking slim fast shakes but i alternate some weeks. i stopped for a few days and was eating oatmeal for breakfast instead. my daughters b-day was on friday and we went out to eat at this restaurant. i ordered a burger since i had been craving one for a few weeks, i ate half fri and i also had some cake that day. ate the other half of the burger sat, otherwise nothing truely has changed.0

Oh dear, to be honest stress can cause IBS dear, so ita not just down to foods etc....may be that! Try to eat very plain for a few days if you can.0

Get your digestive track back on track. That just does not sound pleasant at all.
You were craving a burger? When was the last time you ate meat before that? What about the sugar? Maybe you just shocked your system too and its revolting.0 -
yea i bet my body is quite p offed with me. i feel light headed a little bit. i havent been getting much sleep, maybe 6 hours at the most, waking up at 7, getting the kids to school..... then working out like a barbarian... i havent had a burger in awhile except turkey burger. i had spaghetti not long ago but it was ground chuck... wonder if the restaurant used ground beef... :bigsmile: yea the weekend was stressful, kids drove me nuts but whats new.... the sugar was probably what did it.... i usualy have 36-40 gr. but with the cake added omg it was nearly 80...0
