Please Help Me!

Ok.. So right now I weigh 142 and I am trying to get to 125-130. I started around 141 and now I am staying at 142! I cant seem to lose the pounds. I play tennis everyday for a couple of hours and I am always under my calorie goal. Any help?

    how far under your calorie goal are you? I heard its meant to make a difference if you go too far under it also has effect of sending body into starvation mode.

    Could you not be eating enough? I don't know you intake/burn so can't say for sure but I know when I got down to the last 10lbs-ish I needed to rething my plan. I also started zig zagging my calories which seemed to help.

    What are you NETTING a day?

    Do you wear a heart rate monitor? Personally, I think the tennis calorie burn in this app is way overrated, it's probably more for pro players. If I play a 2 hour match, I only put in 90 minutes.

    Are you measuring your food or just estimating portion sizes? Are you recording ALL of your food? Are your exercise calories accurate? These are the things I would look at.
