Im starting today but i wanted to know if anyone has actually paid the fee on the website for the coaching and its its worth it to keep you on the right track?

Ill be doing the attack phase for 7 days then 100 days of perseverance, the attack phase is fine but im worried about sticking to the full 100 days after, the most iv ever been strict to something is when i give up certain treats for lent but thats only 40 days.

if anyone could give me any advice on how they found it had worked for them. also i dont need to hear that its a fad diet blah blah blah, this is my personal choice to do it and im looking for encouragement.

Thanks :o)

You don't HAVE to do 100 days..? That may be your decision, but Dukan doesn't say that. Just stick with it, I found it easy (though I've fallen off the wagon with fruit/nuts/cheese of late, but don't think that's too bad since they're low carb and I'm floating around goal anyway (that Dukan got me to). So I'm kinda Dukan through the week now and a bit too leniant at the weekend...
