Help with plateau!

My weight has been virtually unchanged now for around the last three weeks. I am 5'7 and 138 pounds (with an eventual goal of 125). I've lost 23 pounds to get down to from 161 to where I am now but seem to be really stuck. I am wondering if anyone can help (i've opened my diary up for this purpose).
I don't get much time to exercise as I work very long hours and am always shattered. When I do it tends to be half an hour on the cross trainer about 3 times a week (burning about 200 kcals per time) which I don't log.
I would really appreciate peoples help - I am not sure whether I should be eating more, less, different ........ I write down *everything* I eat and am always careful to accurately track the calories in my food so I really can't see that I am overestimating what I take in.
p.s. before anyone suggests exercising more, I regularly work from 9am until 1 or 2am with all meals eaten at my desk; I really genuinely do not have the time to do more than I do!

I stick at plateaus a LOT... for about the same time you are stuck. I just keep on plugging in my numbers and I switch up my meals. I eat lunch for breakfast, and breakfast for lunch. I add a cup of milk at dinner or some plain, high protein Greek yogurt with a teaspoon of strawberry jam or real strawberries(check the labels the protein content varies greatly between brands). Eventually I break over the wall, right about a day after I am totally fed up! Also I see you are working a LOT, and it is probably stressful. Make sure the sleep you get is optimal. You are close to your goal. You don't have to sprint to the finish. And if you get there slowly, you still get there!0
