    Hi..Welcome. I've been using MFP for about 2 weeks now and if you stick to it it does work...I joined after watching a friend of mine shed almost 20 pounds (she's still losing)...This is my second time around losing...I had previously lost with Weight Watchers but in my opinion this is very similar but better because it's FREE!! :flowerforyou:

    Welcome! You will enjoy myfitnesspal. It is very convenient and a big eye opener to what you put into your body. Just try and plan your meals ahead and throw in some exercising at least three times per week and bye-bye those pounds will go!
