Eat First or Exercise????

When I get up I have my Juice and love a cup of coffee however, if I get on my statiionary bike I get wonkie. But then I hurry thu everything just to eat. So now Juice, Coffee, Wii , eat and then upstairs for bike and weights. Is this good? Should I change up something.

    i wake up, right after the bathroom i weigh myself, drink first cup off coffee. when its done i prepare breakfast, and have a cup of juice or another coffee. within two hours of waking up i'm getting dressed and stretched to work out. it gives me enough time to wake up, stretch, and own the morning!!
  • Sounds like your blood sugar is low in the morning. Try to have a small, easily digestible snack before you work out. Something like a banana is perfect. Hope that helps
