Climbing back on the Fitness Wagon.

Fell off the fitness wagon this weekend. Time to climb back on.

There was this wedding, see... And a bouncy castle. And lots and lots of beer. Which is one of the things I had successfully cut out.

Time to take stock and assess the damage, then get back to work. Sigh.

...and my dog ate my homework...and...!! I know - I've come up with every excuse in the book myself, and even invented a few new ones!!
The only way to get back is to climb back on - good work in getting back to it!!

You are not alone!!! I too fell of said wagon this weekend. I made the horrible mistake of stopping at Culver's restaurant after a football game...ughhhh! I consumed double my daily calories in one meal. Oh well, today is a new day.

    Signed,

Hoping back on that darn wagon!

Now that I've gone through and calculated each and every drink I had, and bite I ate. And the dancing... (No entry for bouncy castle!)
Everything I ate, I was wise about. Raw fruit & Veggies, baked skinless chicken breast, no bun or sauces.

I didn't do that bad, calorie wise. It's just poor nutritionally to get the majority of the weekend's calories from alcohol.

Over the next three weekends I have 2 weddings and a bachelorette party, and a baby shower. Gotta get a handle on celebrating without over indulging.
