If you're like me sometimes you want a little snack but don't want to waste too many calories on snacking...I found a new app for my iPhone (I think you can get it for other smartphones as well) called "The Snack App"...You can select how many calories you want to spend on a snack and it suggests snacks that are that many calories. The snacks are also sorted in categories like Salty, Sweet, Crunchy, Creamy, Cheesy, Healthy, Sinful etc. All of the snacks listed on the App are 200 calories or less...It also has a "Tip of the day" when you open it up.
