Seems like my calorie burn is decreasing even though I try to max out the routine. A few weeks ago and even last week, my calorie burn this week for the same exercise programs have began to decrease by as much as 25 to 30 calories. Is this normal?

Apparently it is...I posted about this awhile ago...my post was called "discouraged does not begin to describe it" so you can probably find that thread if you do a message board search...but I am experiencing the same thing...so I am hoping it's normal!0

Yes it's normal. As you become more fit, your body burns less calories doing the same exercise because it doesn't have to work as hard anymore.
Also, if you've lost any weight - that will bring your calorie burn down too because you are now moving a lighter load!0
