It's talk like a pirate day, I couldn't help myself.

I signed up to MFP a while back but fell of the bandwagon, hoping to take part in the forums here to help keep me from falling off again. Most of you seem really nice, so I don't think that will be much of a problem.

I'm looking to lose about 250lbs....which I know is going to take a while, so I might be on here for a long time
