Just starting this website today. I've been eating healthy and drinking lots of water. Starting a fitness routine tonight that includes zumba, step, and body pump classes. I want to work out 6 days a week for an hour each. Resting on Wednesday. (Only because my schedule is jam packed that day, and I think a rest day is needed!) I will still get some activity in. I am a daycare provider so I stay pretty active. Going on a cruise in 131 days and want to feel good in my dresses and swimwear!~ Would love to lose 40 lbs or more. Thanks for reading
