Well, Hello There.

Heyy!

My name is Melissa and I've been a yo yo dieter since high school. I tend to jump on a program and stick to it for a week or two and then, suddenly, I convince myself I've been doing so well that I can have a treat. Unfortunately, its never one and done. My poor self control has left my with equally poor self esteem.

I want a laid back, consistent weight loss. I'm going to work out at least 4 times a week and try to blog a couple times a week about my experiences. Hopefully I'll find a couple people who are also laid back and humorous...no accountabili-buddies, just friends.
