thought I could do it by myself

I have only been using the daily tracker and perhaps lurking a bit. I have lost 10 lbs but am at a standstill. So I would like to join the active members and give and recieve support for this difficult journey

    I suggest you take some time and complete your profile. I found having to write down why I was here, what my goals are and what my inspirations are really helped me to commit. Good luck to you!!
  • I used to never participate in the community and that also probably led to my multiple weight loss downfalls. How long have you been at a stand still?
  • I just filled out some of the profile.... I want to think about the inspirations a little more but you are right.... written goals

    I have been at the standstill for about 3 weeks..... a certain lack of effort on my part is to blame but I think the motivation lagged.

    I know when I kept up carefully with my food tracker I did a WHOLE LOT better. So I am committing to that. I also need to track my exercise..... I try to walk about 2-3 miles a day ( brisk)

    I was just reading the challenges and the support and thought " Hey... this could help"
