Weight Lost, looking for toning Success Stories

I MFPers!!!

I've seen a TON of amazing weight loss success stories that I love to read on here, but I was wondering if there are other people on here who have gotten most of the weight off that they wanted, started focusing on toning up/strengthening and have achieved that goal. I am at that point myself where I'm at a comfortable weight and now working with a trainer to tone and tighten and build on my strength. I was wondering how long it took those of you who have gotten to where I'm trying to get to now. Toned, tight and strong. How often did you work out to get there, how long did it take, what were you doing?

Trying to get a sense of where I can potentially get to. As a heads up, I'm currently 5'10, 141lbs, 19.9% body fat. Trying to lower my body fat and build muscle, but not so focused on the scale anymore.
