I'm new here! i was doing weight watchers on and off for a year but am now looking for something different. I love to exercize and will be running in my first half marathon in a month! i always have struggled with (consistently) eating healthy and making it a lifestyle. looking to lose about 10-15 lbs. any tips or ways you stay motivated is welcome!
