Hello I am sorta new to My fitness pal I was using myfitnesspal about a year ago and now I am back still the same weight though.. I need to lose at least 100 lbs... I could use all the support I can get. I am more than ready to challenge myself to losing this weight. And if anyone has any info good or bad about this new hcg diet would like to hear more about it. Thanks and I am so happy to be back :happy:

I have used other calorie tracking programs, but thus far I have foudn this to be the most supportive and overall best (most food options, etc!). I truly love it. I have about 80 lbs to lose to get close to where I'd like to be--Feel free to accept my friend request if you'd like my support and want to help each other on this journey!0

I lost 100 pounds before joining this site. I joined because recently, the weight has crept back on. I would love to keep in touch and help you on this transforming journey!
I was 5'4, 250 pounds in my junior year of highschool, but after I was through, I had gotten to 5'6, 150 pounds! It was especially hard in highschool, especially when all your friends were eating all their fun and yummy highschool crap food. After I graduated, I joined the United States Air Force, but after weathering basic military training, tech school, and the first few months of operational work in a demanding career field, i've been left with...*ahem*...a lil something extra. I'm now at around 186 pounds.
I used the Atkins diet at first. WORKS WONDERS! I promise that if you remain under 20 carbs for ONE DAY, you will be AT LEAST 3 pounds lighter the next day. I don't think I've heard of this hcg diet, but keep me posted. The Atkins diet doesn't seem to be working for me like it once did. I'm relying more and more on the classic calorie-count and excercise. It sucks compared to Atkins, but I try to stick to both of them.
